With the rise of plant-based meat in the European and American markets, vegetarian culture has become popular. In recent years, the public’s awareness/interest in vegetarian food or plant-based meat has also increased.
As the largest platform for the vegetarian industry in Hong Kong, Vegetarian Food Asia (VFA) holds the Hong Kong Quality Veggie Awards (HKQVA) since 2022 for citizens and the industry to vote for the best vegetarian and vegan food as well as vegetarian and vegan outlets in their hearts.
